Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup Kosher salt
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 8 Cups water
- 4 Cups Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Pickling Spice
- Peeled garlic cloves
- Fresh pickling fill
- Sliced onions
- Pickling Cucumbers

Preparation
Step 1
Boil salt, sugar, spices, vinegar and water.
Scrub cucumbers and slice. Layer in quart jars with sprigs of dill, slices of onion and cloves of garlic. Pour boiled mixture over top, cover and put into refrigerator immediately.
