Ingredients
- 1 4 lb. Chicken
- 1 Lemon
- Fresh Herbs
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 F. Stab lemon with knife multiple times. Stuff herbs and lemon inside chicken. Butter, salt and pepper outside of chicken. Cook in oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce to 350 F for 15 minutes per pound.
