Honey-Orange Granola*

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups regular rolled oats
- 1 cup wheat flakes
- 1/3 cup Grape Nuts or Whole bran cereal
- 1/3 sliced almonds or pecan pieces
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Coat a 15x10x1-inch bakiing pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, stir together oats, wheat flakes, Grape Nuts, and nuts.
2. In a small saucepan, stir together juice, honey, allspice, and cinnamon. Cook and stir just until boiling. Remove from heat. Pour over oat mixture, tossing just until coated.
3. Spread oat mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until oats are lightly browned, stirring twice. Remove from oven. Immediatley turn out onto a large piece of foil; cool completely. If desired, serve with low-fat yogurt, fat-free milk, and/or fresh fruit.
Make-Ahead Directions: Prepare as directed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks or in the freezer up to 3 months.
