Stahl's Morning Fruit Smoothie
We keep adding more healthiness to our morning smoothie. This recipe is enough for 3 people, approx 16 ounces each.

Ingredients
- Then add:
- 1 orange
- 6 ounces coconut water
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1/2-1 t vanilla
- Small slice of lemon (if organic, peel included!)
- 4 frozen chunks of red beets (relatively small, great for color)
- 3 handfuls of power greens (a blend of spinach, kale, and chard)
- 6 T plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- Blend until smooth in a high speed blender, like a vitamix.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 4-5 chunks frozen mango
- 4-5 chunks frozen pineapple
- 1 cup of frozen berries (any combination of raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries)
- 1 cup ice
