Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cups arrowroot biscuits, crushed into crumbs
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups dark cooking chocolate, melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. LINE a baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
2. MELT butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. Pour into bowl and add caster sugar, crushed biscuits and peanut butter; mix well. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan; cover with melted chocolate.
3. CUT partially through dessert to mark 48 squares. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan; cut into squares.
