Favorite Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups of prepared Quinoa
- 1/4 cup diced red onion or green onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2-3/4 cup diced tomotoes or cherry tomotoes cut in half
- 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro chopped
- 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed.
- 1 package of crumbled feta cheese
- Margretta or Italian Dressing to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and toss to mix together. Chill and Serve.
All ingredients can be adjusted to individual taste. This is a high protein salad.
