Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
- 4 Chkn breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp veg oil
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1/2 C marsala wine
- 1/2 C chicken broth-low sod
- 2 tsp worchestersire sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 C whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 8 oz cooked Fettucini
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Spray croc pot with Pam
Salt and pepper chicken and put in pot
Heat oil in large skillet, add onion.
Cook until transluscent, add marsala.
Cook 2-3 more min and reduce heat
Add broth, worch sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken
Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hrs till chicken done
Blend whipping cream and corn starh till smooth
Stir into cooking liquid in pot
Cover and cook 15 more min till thickened
