Ingredients

  • 10 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 loaf day old bread, cubed or crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 3 tablespoons garlic granules
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoning salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground oregano
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix for approx. 10 minutes.

Shape into 1-1/2" balls and place onto cookie sheets.

Bake at 350F for 25 mintues.
