Baby Doe's Beer Cheese Soup

By

(I've never tried this recipe but it is supposed to be authentic. If you're not into using MSG,I guess you could just leave it out. Anyone have any suggestions? In case you didn't know,Baby Doe's closed several years ago and the building has been torn down. The old Pearl Beer sign with the running waterfall still stands although it has been used by several other companies since Pearl last used it.)
