PASSOVER CHOCOLATE CRINKLES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups matza meal (not cake meal)
  • 1/2 cup Drost cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
  • 4 extra large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Place all ingredients in the mixer until soft dough forms. Fill a separate bowl with powdered sugar. Roll a piece of dough the size of a walnut. Roll in powdered sugar before baking. Place on a cookie sheet. Put 3 in a row because they will spread.

Bake for 12 minutes. Cool completely.
