Porcupine Meatballs
This is an easy recipe to make. A little messy, because you have to roll out meatballs.

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 lb hamburger
- 1 c basmati rice (or other rice)
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Jar Spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients and form into small meatballs.
Put sauce and sugar in pressure cooker and stir. Add meatballs and bring to a boil.
Cover and cook under pressure 7-8 minutes and let cool naturally for 10 minutes. Release pressure, if any left, and serve.
