No Bake Apple Pie Bites

Bite sized apple pies are easy to make with no baking involved! When cooking the apples in the saucepan, make sure to cook long enough that they become tender. If you'd like, you can peel the apples.

Ingredients
- 5 apples, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (8 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup whipped cream topping
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, mix apples, water, gelatin, nutmeg and cinnamon until it reaches a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes.
Mix dry pudding mix and 1 cup water. Combine with apple mixture. Cook until thick. Remove from heat.
Pour graham cracker crumbs on bottom of a 9 x 9 dish. Even out. Pour filling over the crumbs. Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar. Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting into bite sized pieces.
