Ingredients
- 1 roasted bell pepper
- 1 cup of almonds
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- mixed greens
- olive oil
- Isabel Solid Light Tuna in olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Crush the almonds and mix them with olive oil
Cut the red bell peppers into little squares
Layer bell peppers, greens and salmon onto a plate
Add Isabel Tuna in olive oil
Add vinaigrette as needed
