Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 T flour
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cans whole new potatoes (drained and cut in half)
- 1 bag mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
Preparation
Step 1
In a large soup pot, brown ground beef. Add chopped onion. Drain off grease. Add flour and stir well. Add other ingredients except for macaroni. Cook on medium 25 minutes. Add macaroni and cook 10 minutes.
