Ingredients
- FOR BREAD:
- 2 c gluten free flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c almond milk
- 1/3 c coconut yogurt unsweetened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- FOR SWIRL:
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease 9 inch loaf pan; set aside.
In large bowl, combine, flour, baking powder and slat. In medium bowl, combine sugar, egg and milk, yogurt and vanilla. add to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. to make swirl, in small bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon.
Pour about 1/3 batter into prepared pan. spoon 1/2 swirl into a few spots in the batter; use knife to swirl around. top with another 1/3 of batter and spread evenly. repeat the swirl step. add last 1/3 of batter. use knife to create swirls.
bake in oven for 45-50 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
