Ingredients
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream $
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish $
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise $
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt $
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill one hour. Serve with beef, pork, steamed shrimp, as a sandwich spread, on baked potatoes, or as a dip for chips or raw vegetables.
