Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 1 rounded Tbs. Margarine
- 1 1/2 cups snipped Dates
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
- Flaked Coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Blend eggs, sugar and margarine in skillet or flat pan; add dates and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Combine cereal and nuts in a large mixing bowl. Add date mixture and mix well. Form into small balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in coconut. Keeps several weeks if stored in air tight container.
