Ingredients

  • 2 cans skinned tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 2 large cans Brooks hot chili beans
  • 1 bottle Bullseye barbecue sauce
  • 3-4 pounds sirloin steak, cust into bite size pieces
  • 2 pounds lean pork, cut into bite size pieces
  • ground cumin
  • chili pepper sauce
  • 2 can green chilis, flat size

Brown meat. Add all ingredients together. Simmer on medium low for at least 1 hour.
