  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbs. cold water
  • 1 2/3 tsp salt divided
  • 1 Tbs vinegar
  • 4 cups flour, divided
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

1 Prepare noodles by beating eggs together, then adding water, 1 ts. salt and vinegar until mixed. Add 2 cups flour to form dough. Roll dough out paper thin on floured, wax paper. Dry for 4 hours. Flour when cutting.
2 To make dumplings, mix 2 c. flour, 2/3 tsp. salt, baking powder and enough heated chicken broth to make a dough you can roll. Cut into small squares, Boil dumlings and noodles in chicken broth for 20 minutes
