Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground veal
  • 2 cubes frozen parsley cubes
  • 2 cubes frozen dill cubes
  • 1 1/2 Tbs salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1-2 Tbs oil (or nonstick cooking spray)
  • Dijon-Basil Mayo
  • 3 Tbs light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs water
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cubes frozen basil cubes
  • Sauteed onions
  • sliced avocado
  • store-bought coleslaw
  • 4 burger buns(or any kind)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl,combine veal,herb cubes,salt and pepper. Once the cubes defrost a bit,mix together using your hands. Form meat into patties.
Heat a grill pan over high heat until very hot,about 4-5 min. Add oil to pan. Add veal sliders and grill until brown,4-5 min per side. You'll know when the slider is ready to flip because it'll release easily from the pan. If it seems stuck,it's not ready.
Meanwhile,prepare the Dijon basil mayo. Whisk mayo,water,mustard and basil together in a small bowl.
Build your burger. Place onions on the bottom burger bun. Top with a slider,avocado,slaw a generous drizzle of Dijon basil mayo and the top bun.
