  • 4 slices bacon
  • l lb. small red potatoes (sliced thin)
  • 1 med.-size onion
  • 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
  • 2 large carrots (slice thin)
  • I small bunch broccoli (bigger chunks)
  • 1 lb. Kielbasa

Step 1

Cut bacon into 2 in. pieces. Thinly slice carrots and potatoes. Cut broccoli into 2in. x 1/2 in pieces. Cut onion into thin wedges. Slice Kielbasa crosswise into 1/2 in slices. In 12 in. skillet over med.-high heat, cook bacon until browned; with slotted spoon remove bacon to paper towels to drain. To drippings in skillet, add carrots, potatoes, broccoli, onion & marjoram; cook 5 min, stirring frequently. Add Kielbasa slices & 1 cup water to skillet. Cover & cook 10 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp & Kielbasa slices are heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with bacon.
