CHICKEN POT PIE

Ingredients
- 2 cans (l0 3/4 oz. each) cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots (cooked)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked baby peas
- 1 cup white com (cooked)
- 1/4 tsp. (ground) thyme
- 2 cups cooked chicken chunks (I used Costco's baked chicken)
- 2 - 9 in. pie crusts
- 1 egg, slightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients. Spoon into prepared crust. Cover with top crust; crimp edges to seal. Slit top crust & brush with egg, if desired. Bake at 375 for 40 min. Cool 10 min.
