Hummus (+chickpea?) Avocado Sandwich

I call this the "power sandwich". Easy to assemble and loaded with nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 2 Tbsp hummus
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • (could add basil or lettuce...or any veggie they like!)
  • (you could even mash up avocado and chickpea together!)

Preparation

Step 1

Spread on hummus.
Layer any other add-ons you please.
