Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

A peanut lovers dream – all in an easy-to-make bar. Atop a golden brown oat crust sits a rich and crunchy layer of peanut butter and chopped peanuts. Crunchy, rich and delicious.

Ingredients

  • BASE & TOPPING:
  • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • FILLING:
  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping 2 sides to use as handles for easy removal.

Combine ingredients for base. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture on bottom of prepared baking dish.

Beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until combined. Spread over base. Sprinkle peanuts over mixture. Crumble remaining topping over peanuts.

Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into bars.
