Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen haddock, cut in lg. pieces (frozen cod or pollock can be used)
- 2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay is good)
Preparation
Step 1
In a 4 quart pot add salt, seafood seasoning to water and vinegar; bring mixture to a boil. Add
frozen fish. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Drain and serve with melted butter.
