  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Small Bag of Pecan Pieces
  • Mix & Pat in Pan 8x13
  • Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes & cool
  • Layer 2
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 8oz Cream Cheese Soft
  • 1 Cup Cool Whip
  • Spread on layer one.
  • Layer 3
  • 2 Small Pkgs instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • Mix until Thick, spread on layer two
  • Layer 4
  • Balance of Cool Whip on top & grate a Hershey Bar over all
  • Refrigerate One Hour..
