Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • TOPPING
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 12 oz. can salted mixed nuts

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST
Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in 1/2 cup of butter. Pat mixture into greased 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Topping
Heat chips, corn syrup, butter and water together until smooth. Stir nuts into mixture and spread quickly over crust. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
