Fruit Custard

Fruit custard is a very simple, tasty & healthy dessert loved by all specially kids. It is a nice way to include fruits in their diet.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • Mix fruits(apple, banana, papaya, pomegranate seeds,orange or any seasonal fruit)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix custard powder with 1/2 cup of cold milk & make a paste without any
lumps.

2. Boil milk, add sugar, custard paste to it, cook stirring continuously
until it becomes thick.

3. Cool it completely & refrigerate.

4. Cut the fruits into cubes.

5. Arrange fruits in serving bowl, pour cold custard on it .

6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, serve immediately.
