Ambie's Shrimp & Artichoke Alfredo

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup salted butter
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained, chopped
- 3 tbls sun dried tomatoes packed in oil drained, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 lb shrimp
- 10 oz Fettuccini noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente, drain.
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and saute mushrooms for 4 minutes. Combine shrimp, artichoke hearts, garlic & sun dried tomatoes, then cook until shrimp turn pink. Reduce heat and stir in whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Poor over cooked pasta.
