Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 sm can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 32 ozs tater tots
- grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium size fry pan, brown beef and onion. Pour cooked mixture into a 13x9 casserole pan. Then place the tator tots over the meat. In a medium size bowl, mix both soups and milk until blended. Pour over the tator tots. Place in the oven uncovered and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese over the top to melt.
