Strawberries and Cream Trifle

Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1-1/2 cups(375ml)cold water
- 1 pkg(4 serving size)instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups(500ml)whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pkg(298gr)frozen pound cake, thawed, cubed
- 4 cups(1L)fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled & sliced
- 1/2 cup(125ml)strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries
- Toasted, slivered or sliced almonds

Preparation
Step 1
In large mixer bowl, combine Eagle Brand and water. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill until set. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 2 cups(500ml)pudding mixture into 4-qt(4L)round glass serving bowl; top with half the cake cubes; half the strawberries, half the jam and half the remaining pudding mixture. Repeat layering, ending with pudding mixture. Garnish with more strawberries and almonds. Chill 4 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
