Low Sugar Fruit Salad

A wonderful and refreshing fruit salad that is very easy to make! It can be made with minimal sugared ingredients for a healthier dish.

Ingredients
- 2 cn pineapple chunks in own juice, drained
- 2 cn crushed pineapple in own juice
- 1 unpealed apple, cored, chopped
- 1 unprealed Anjou Pear, cored, chopped
- 2 bananas diced
- 1 jar Marachino Cherries without stems (save juice)
- 1 cn Mandarin Oranges in water, drained
- 20-25 seedless grapes
- 2 lrg pkgs sugar free Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
- Sugar Free Tang to taste. You can use regular Tang if you can't find SF
Preparation
Step 1
In large airtight container add 2 cans crushed pineapple (juice included). Add the 2 pkgs of Vanilla Pudding and Tang to taste.
Whisk together until smooth. Then add 1/2 the juice from Maraschino Cherries, Mix well.
Then add all of the remaining ingredients, folding together to incorporate.
May be served immediately; but better when chilled. Enjoy!!
