Ingredients

  • 4-5 skinless boneless chicken breasts, boiled, shredded
  • 2 cn cream of chicken soup
  • 5 c chicken broth, separated
  • 2 pkgs Bisquick Buttermilk Biscuit mix
  • 1 lrg pkg (or 2 small ones) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 cn water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

*for 4.8qt Pyrex*

Cook 4-5 skinless/boneless chicken breasts, shred, set aside

In 1st bowl: mix 2cn cream of chicken, 3c chicken broth, 2tsp poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.

In 2nd bowl: mix 2pkgs Bisquick Buttermilk Biscuit mix and 2c of chicken broth.

In 4.8qt Pyrex mix the following: 1 large pkg frozen mixed vegetables. 1 pkg frozen baby limas, 2cn water chestnuts drained, shredded chicken, sauce from 1st bowl, top with biscuit mix.

Cook: uncovered in preheated 350° oven on middle rack for 45-50min or until top is golden brown.
