Ingredients

  • Bay shrimp (3/4 pound)
  • Endive (4 heads)
  • Green Onions (1 tbs)
  • Tarragon (2 tbs chopped)
  • Sour cream 3/4 cup
  • Pickles 1 tbs (diced)
  • Cocktail sauce (ketchup and horseradish)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in medium bowl:
1-Green onions (2 diced)
2-Pickles (2 diced)
3-Tarragon (2 tbs)
4-Sour Cream (3/4 cups)
5-Cocktail Sauce (1/3 cup)

6-Fold in Bay Shrimp (3/4)

7-Spoon onto endive pieces
