  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder (dark chocolate preferred)
  • 7 ounces powdered sugar
  • 7 ounces oatmeal (quick or regular)
  • 14 tbsp butter (may substitute a couple tablespoons with coconut oil)
  • sweetened coconut flakes

Mix first four ingredients together. Roll into bite-sized balls. Roll through coconut. Refrigerate.
