Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

Step 1

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with paddle until combined. Replace paddle with dough hook and run for 20 minutes on speed 2.

Spray mixer bowl and dough with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.

When ready to use, remove to floured counter. Divide into four equal pieces and roll out dough with rolling pin. (if only making 2 pizzas freeze remaining portions in quart freezer bags sprayed with cooking oil and freeze). Place on aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray. Using fork, make dimples all over crust. Bake on pizza stone in 450°F oven for 2 minutes before adding toppings. Bake an additional 9-10 minutes or until done after adding toppings.
