Ingredients

  • Combine these ingredients in small bowl 1:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 TBSP canola oil
  • Combine these ingredients in medium bowl 2:
  • 1/2 CUP WHITE RICE FLOUR (use the indian one on the top shelf in the baking cabinet)
  • 1/3 cup and 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp penzeys orange zest

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees

bake at 350 for about 20 minutes if they're big
or 15 if they're medium (fill only half way to make regular size)
