Ingredients
- Combine these ingredients in small bowl 1:
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 TBSP canola oil
- Combine these ingredients in medium bowl 2:
- 1/2 CUP WHITE RICE FLOUR (use the indian one on the top shelf in the baking cabinet)
- 1/3 cup and 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp penzeys orange zest

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees
bake at 350 for about 20 minutes if they're big
or 15 if they're medium (fill only half way to make regular size)
