Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (1 ounce) ranch seasoning, dry
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cups chopped almonds, crushed into pieces
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning and buffalo sauce until combined. Them form into a ball.
Crush the chopped almonds into smaller pieces. Place almond pieces on a plate and roll the ball in almonds. Make sure to press the almond int the cheese ball until it is fully covered. Then place the ball on a large piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
