Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray
  • 2 Cups Fresh Corn - (about 3 ears) cut from cab.
  • 1 can 14.3/4 cream corn
  • 1 8 1/2 ox box of corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. of light stick of butter melted in a large bowl

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the other ingredients into the butter bowl and pour in to the 9x13
glass pan.

Bake in oven until it is golden brown and a toothpick inserted come out clean.
