- 2 10-oz frozen corn (partially thawed)
- 4 oz jar Pimentos
- 1/3 chopped green pepper
- 1/3 C water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chili Pepper

Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for 45 minutes then on low 2-4 hours.
