Ingredients
- 5 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 packages of Savorardi cookies
- Espresso cooled
- rum, brandy
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, beat egg whites and sugar until frothy. Add whipping cream and beat until thoroughly whipped.
Dip a cookie in the espresso and liquor mixture and layer on the bottom of an aluminum tray. Top with whipped cream.
