Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
- 1/2 cup dark beer
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dillweed
- 1/2 cup horseradish mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic and mustard seed, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Add the beer, mustard powder, and dillweed, and reduce by half. Blend this mixture with the mustard, and refrigerate overnight in an airtight container.
