Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh chives, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat grill on high. Form mixture into 12 patties. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Serves: 12.
