  • 1 large bunch kale
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard or organic spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Dr. Fuhrman's Spicy Pecan Vinegar
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dr. Fuhrman's VegiZest
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Step 1

Wash greens to get off all sand and dirt. Steam kale for 10 minutes then add swiss chard or spinach and
steam another 10 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Add mixture of vinegar, garlic, VegiZest, dill, basil and toss.
