- 1 anjou pear, peeled & cut in quarters
- 1 pickle size cucumber, cut up
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman's D'Anjou Pear Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dr. Fuhrman's VegiZest
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
