Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1 package dried longans - (2 1/2 oz) available at
- Asian markets
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to boil and stir in longans. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sugar. Chill thoroughly, 1 hour.
Pour over ice and serve immediately.
