- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 of 3/4 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup warm water
- dried onlion flakes
- little tomato sauce for top of meatloaf

Step 1
Combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, water and onion. Mix thoroughly. Place in pan, pour tomato sauce over meatloaf. add parm cheese. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
