Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tabl. water
- 1 pkg. SHAKE "N BAKE extra crsipy seasoned coating mix
- 1 cup finely chopped Planters pecans
- 6 small bonless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip dressing
- 1/3 cup Grey Poupon Savory Honey Mustard

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT Oven to 400 degrees
BEAT eggs and water in a shallow dish. Mix coating mix and nuts in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in eggs then in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in a single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
BAKE 18-20 minutes or until chicken is done. Meanwhile mix dressing and mustard
SERVE chicken topped with dressing mixture
