Cafe Rio Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 ranch dressing packet
• 1/2 c buttermilk
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1 c mayo (Best Foods makes a thicker creamier dressing)
• 2 tomatillos (look like little green paper lanterns, usually by the jalapenos)
• 1 jalapeno, cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds
• 1/2 bunch cilantro
• 1 clove garlic
• juice of 1 lime

Step 1

Mix in blender and refrigerate 1 hour
